Helen Harris, 68, dies

Helen Harris, 68, a horse owner and the wife of Allan “Scotty” Harris, died on Sunday, September 12, following a long bout with cancer.  Harris was survived by her husband, two daughters, one son, and several grandchildren.

Scotty Harris was inducted into the Kentucky Harness Racing Hall of Fame, in ceremonies held on October 1.  He is also a past president of the Kentucky Harness Horsemen’s Association.  Cards may be sent to the family at: 2970 Fisher Road, West Paducah, KY  420869
