Two (2) Second Allowance for 2 Year Olds.
There will be a three (3) second allowance for a half mile FAIR track, a two (2) second allowance for any track less than 7/8 mile, and a one (1) second allowance for a sloppy track.
Starting July 10, 2007 all horses 3 Yr. Old and Up will be given only four (4) consecutive chances to qualify.
If a horse has used up his chances, the horse will not be allowed to qualify at Indiana Downs for 30 days.
