LAWRENCE M. BORST

Lawrence M. Borst is the foremost proponent of pari-mutuel legislation and was the author of the pari-mutuel bill in 1989.  He was the past President of the ITPHA and past Chairman of the Indiana Standardbred Hall of Fame.
