LA PALOMA
(1919 - 1944)

LaPaloma was foaled at Abiram Boyd's Cambridge City, Indiana, farm.  Clair Wolverton bought her as a yearling for Frank Fox and she came back to Clair's ownership during her golden years as a broodmare.  Her foals, which include world's champion, Her Ladyship, put Clair's 4 children through college and she remains today matriarch of a prominent pacing line.
